The Inherent Heresy of the Cubrule

this doesn’t even belong in this forum section!!! why do you do this to me!!!
-
@Roz Mostly because I was trying to be intentionally cheeky with the idea that arguing about what is and is not a sandwich could fall into the ‘Rough and Rowdy’ section.
-
@Snackness Microwaved, then gently buttered.

I’m so confused and delighted right now.
Let me throw some tinder on this fire…Pop Tart, toasted or cold from the foil?
If you say toasted you are incorrect
I’d like to introduce you to ‘toasted, and then buttered’, as suggested by a dear friend of mine.

Oh holy fuck there are TWO OF YOU.
-
@Tez HOW
-
@Tez IT’S GOOD, OKAY.
Tillamook salted, sprinkled gently and bright like a briefly passing sunshower.
-
@Tez This is why I have trust issues.

hot dogs are sandwiches

Just wanted to toss this in here after discussing with a co-worker.
Jelly-filled doughnuts are calzones.
You’re welcome.
-
@Testament ok but what is a cheese danish
-
@Meg Okay, so, here me out.
If a bread bowl is considered a quiche and a cheese danish is cream cheese filling surrounded on all sides except the top, then…
I’d say it’s a quiche.
-
As a sometimes maths nerd, I look at Nachos on that list and see a tesseract. 4th dimensional food for the win?
-
@Jennkryst I honestly fail to see the difference between salads and nachos according to the Cuberule.
-
All I know is that I’m hungry now.
-
@Testament It looks like it’s meant to be a calzone contained within a salad.
-
@Jennkryst i’d definitely disagree with calzone in a salad! if anything, toast in a salad. because the starch is on the bottom.
-
@Meg I mean, the picture has a fully opaque cube (calzone), contained within a larger transparent cube (salad).
