I made a post about the bannings (as I got home and caught up). Then Derp posted. Then he deleted it but I was 10 paragraphs into my response.
Well, my bad.
Also, not that I’m involved (or my opinion matters in the grand scheme of things), but I respect all of you. I have enjoyed all the interactions even if I didn’t agree. I don’t think this was warranted. I know everyone is joking, but I’m sorry that it happened to you.
Now, back to the lies and slander.

This is petty and harping of me but… I /still/ am very bothered that jomomo or whatever the name is got to fire personal attacks at everyone leaving/banned but has not faced any consequences. By the standard Derp and Gany have set, jomomjo should have been insta-banned. The comment made in the ethics post was well beyond what most of the banned/formerly banned people said and did. Some reacted very badly but I chalk that up to emotions on high/anger being the primary feeling. Yet jomomomomo has faced nothing.

like, seriously, though, what he said was worse than what tempest said, and tempest got banned.
I think even Tempest deserves an unban. Taking away the Hogpit and then punishing her for posting outside the Hogpit before you’d put up the new code of conduct felt like bait.
Tempest didn’t deserve to go out that way, not after the years of her shit.

@Meg It was and Tempest has said a LOT of horrible things. Like really bad. The comment about everything was especially mild for Tempest. I would /almost/ call it polite. You know, in the way Tempest talks, maybe not so much by a lot of other standards.

Yeah, I REALLY think Tempest got a super raw deal, and I am not a fan. Hers was more unjust than most of them (and they were all unjust).
