Some of my favorite bands have had enough turnover that I’m not all that worried, but, like… if someone could go check on Demetra Plakas and Brian Chase and Rick Allen now, that’d be great.

@DrQuinn He was the first stand-up comic my mother ever shared with me. I have a lot of happy memories of picking up his specials on VHS from the rental shop next door to the grocery store and watching them with her, both of us laughing ourselves silly. It sucks that he’s not the guy I remembered him being or thought he was, but even so, the good memories are as real of your bad ones.
