Also love seeing enthusiasm around Fat Bear Week again, not often so many people are excited about National Parks stuff and it warms my cold, cold heart.

I was talking to a friend about fat bear week, and another friend who was partially overhearing our conversation got a really weird look on their face. When I asked what was wrong, they were like ‘wtf you guys talking about?’. I explained and they looked really relieved suddenly. They replied with, ‘that is NOT what I thought you were talking about’
As for the bears, I feel conflicted about who to vote for this year.

Ultimately I also went with the majestic airplane of a bear. Though putting him up against 856 was unfair, I would’ve voted for him in any other match-up.

856 and 747 probably should have been the finals. But, single elim brackets are what they are. Both are majestic but my heart was called to 856 from the beginning.
