Aww. My first peeve in this shiny new place.
I feel like I need a cupcake with a candle or something!
So, the peeve - crawling out from the wreckage of the past year (shit, itâs only been nine months⌠whatever, six/half dozenâŚ) to toe-in-the-water some games, and having the first one I manage to get into show itself as having a shitty playerbase two days later.
Gee, I wonder why you only have 16 people, max. Could it be that 12.5% of them are dicks to new players?

When people try to make you choose which character THEY are going to play in a scene. This is sort of a long-standing peeve of mine, and itâs not a big deal, but itâs irritating every time.
I donât remember your alts. Iâm never going to remember your alts. I barely remember you as a player, ninety percent of the time. If you say you want to RP, and I say sure, donât come back at me with, âWhich alt do you want?â because itâs not my character and I donât care. Pick someone you want to play! Iâm not the boss of you!
And, honestly, more than half the time Iâm in the position of coming up with the idea, coming up with the set, and asking me to ALSO PICK WHO YOUâRE EVEN PLAYING is justâŚtoo damn much. Have mercy.

I might just be old and set in my ways but frankly, if my character (X) has already RPâd extensively with your character (Y) then I donât want X meeting your alt (Z). I donât want to have to split my brain to remember which alt of yours knows what about my character, thank you.

@Pavel This might be a M* culture thing.
It was very common on Pern games for all my alts to know (and probably plow) all your alts.

I could not decide whether to put this on the âgood things in MUSHingâ thread or this oneâŚ
Iâm peeved that Iâm excited to see my family again after a long time apart! But that theyâre coming right when I am lining up RPz that I want to have and now have to wait.
So, basically, Iâm mad that good things are happening in real life and MUSHing.
