Best Games with Roster Characters?

I am coming into free-time and a lot of desk work for the foreseeable future or even a bit of travel and me time.
I struggle with application submissions now, where I utterly used to hate the concept of not doing an OC bit. I enjoy something I can set down if needs be
Are there any roster WoD games?
The one genre I think rosters are readily available is the superhero and I struggle with that flavor the most!

I can’t imagine many world darkness games would not be roster games if you asked. I’m sure staff has a long list of NPCs that they would like someone to take up and flesh out the world with. It’s probably just a matter of asking. -
@Buttercup I’ve thought about an L5R type roster game, but I’d want to use the 5e ruleset with the fancy FFG dice, so getting it coded is tricksier than usual.
