On Arx, Alistair getting his Honey Badger familiar. I never did get to RP with him much, but I absolutely loved that scene because it came out of no where and was such a great and emotional story even with so little build up. I didn’t ask or want a familiar (I didn’t even know we could have them) as I generally did not ask for things for Alistair as I tried to play him like a glorified NPC considering my limited ability to devote time to the game. I totally thought it was Alistair either going insane, going to learn about some dark evil past (too many characters had dark evil pasts, so I dreaded this possibility) or about to be killed. When it was instead finding this ancient magical creature who was like “Alright I fought enough, time to die” it was an amazing scene. Puffin ran it and it was great.
